NASIR is a 28yr old Ex-Marine living in South Central during the most drastic and prolonged drought in California history. As a water truck operative for the department of water and power, he discovers a plan spearheaded by his sister to take revolutionary action against his company, who has been actively trying to privatize the city’s dwindling resources. Now armed with this powerful information, Nasir must decide to act on behalf of his community or maintain the status quo.
