Synopsis

As the US and the USSR engage in a game of Nuclear Chicken over the island of Cuba, a single mother and her 2-year-old son face off in their own private battle: potty training. When her scared Cuban neighbors invite themselves over to watch her TV, she's forced to confront her own fears and embrace a new kind of family.
