VELOCITY RULES is the story of a mid-western housewife who inadvertently discovers that she is actually a superior. While thrilled to finally understand the "adrenaline problem" that has made her destructively klutzy, the excitement gives way to a difficult choice when she transforms into a 7-foot tall Superhuman in front of her very traditional husband who is more than a little frightened of this new development.
