Having escaped from one of the infamous 'death farms' of the apartheid era where he witnessed his wife's horrific demise, Lebo Manaka, a black South Aftican fled his country in fear of his life. Seventeen years later while living in Los Angeles, he bumps into Danie Venter, the white South African ex-secret Police Officer who committed this heinous crime.
