In the expanse of the Western Frontier, Nell - a disabled woman - and her husband Ellis spend their days working to keep a humble farm afloat. Content with their life, Nell and Ellis seem unbothered by the challenges of living out in the middle of nowhere, until one morning, when Nell wakes to find Ellis dead in their bed. Suddenly her only companion and support system is gone. Struggling to bury her husband, Nell fights the elements, wildlife and her own physical limitations before confronting the greif she has been avoiding.
