In 1947, a young Finnish actress arrives at the Bel-View Manor in Hollywood to meet her husband only to dicover he committed suicide a few days earlier. The owner of the Manor and her Boarder/Lover are left to deal with the widow. The film deals with the triangular relationship that develops.
