The Mexican Dream is a Tragic Comedy of a man, a family man, who abandons everything he has to pursue the possibility of a better life up north. It's the story of an immigrant willing to sacrifice anything for his family, even his life. Ajileo, a Mexican actor wannabe, leaves his home in Mexico with sights set on Hollywood where he wants to become a Movie Star. An immigrant smuggler, the Coyote; a desert; the Border Patrol and the harsh realities of the big city are just some of the obstacles he will have to tackle to give his family the possibility of a better tomorrow.
