SUCK HARD is one of a three-part series focused on coming of age, women-led stories. The story is born from experience and chronicles a group of Gen Z teenagers as they get over a hard break, lost love, and an ex. The film reclaims the shallow stereotypes of teenage girls presented on-screen and works to validate their emotional experiences and feelings. While boys are celebrated for their traits of masculinity in high school, girls are reprimanded for their emotional intellect. SUCK HARD works to transcend that.
