Five year old Gabriel is sick and everyone has given up hope. Everyone but his sister, Soledad. "It's going to be alright, Gabriel", she promises. With her brother on her back, Soledad makes the journey to track down a mysterious healer. But when they arrive, the house seems deserted. The garden is overrun, the roof broken and the door unlocked. Determined to to get help, Soledad enters the house and searches room after room. No one. Exhausted, she lays Gabriel down in the bedroom and decides to wait. As Soledad looks around and notices a Porcelain doll with unsettling life-like eyes. She walks over, opens the glass cabinet and reaches for the doll. Is it looking at her? Soledad leans in for a closer look -- the doll blinks! Startled, Soledad drops it. The loud crash brings the old woman marching into the room. What was the porcelain doll? And what is Soledad asking for when she begs the old woman to save Gabriel?
