Although Vincent has received a second chance at life as an organ receiver, he has already lost faith in life. His hopeless outlook is interrupted by two strangers who reveal themselves to be the other organ recipients from the same donor. To honor their common donor's last wish, the group proposes to form a band and plays on the stage. Despite his initial doubts and hesitations, Vincent embarks on a journey to fulfill the donor’s wish and rediscovers what it mean to be alive.
