In the 1950s and '60s the U.S. Government introduced a program called "Relocation." It's purpose, to integrate Native Americans into contemporary American culture. The program was a disaster and lead many Indians down the road of self destruction. Two young Native American brothers are separated from their family and each other during a raid on their reservation. The brothers reunite several years later only to find they have changed in horrible ways.
