LOCKDOWN
Synopsis
Thinking that a nice yearbook photo will make up for his otherwise- miserable high school experience, teenage misfit Julian wears a suit to picture day, but struggles to maintain hope in the face of merciless bullying from his peers. His day goes from bad to worse when the school goes into lockdown due to an active shooter in the building. When Julian hides in the boys bathroom, he is unexpectedly joined by the shooter, Brandon, who barricades himself there. Now Julian must find common ground with Brandon in order to survive the perilous standoff. At first Brandon rails against the outside world, but he soon turns his anger onto Julian, forcing Julian to confront difficult truths about himself. As police surround the bathroom, and Brandon gets closer and closer to his inevitable fate, the boys discover that maybe they’re not so different after all
