Sam, a Native American, is a new member of an otherwise Latin landscaping crew in Los Angeles. Some of his co-workers are prejudiced against him and even suspect him to have special powers. When Lazaro, the youngest worker in the gang gets more and more interested in learning about Sam's take on the world, the group dynamics derail and a clash seems unavoidable.
