A rising woman executive's every move is being traced by a psychotic voyeur. The police can do nothing about the growing problem of gifts, phone calls and daily letters from a bogus organization that the voyeur created as a decoy for constant contact. She decides to stop being a victim awaiting a next move and goes after him in her own way.
