Grant Clarke is a war hero that has been wrongly accused and imprisoned. He is given a second chance when he's sent to Europa, one of Jupiter's frozen moons. He joins a cheeky scientist on a mission to command a submarine and retrieve bacteria that would save Earth from drought. She will convince him to overcome his guilt and resentment and realize that they're risking their lives for the right reasons.
