Adam dreams of being a stand-up comedian but he works a boring corporate job that provides him stability. One night, he's offered the opportunity to perform, but if he is to make it in time to the show, he has to leave work early, a big no-no at his company. As Adam goes about getting permission, the office turns into a surreal nightmare where his co-workers make him question whether he should be trying to chase his dream and risk the safety of his office job. After being offered the contract of a lifetime by his toxic boss, Adam musters up the courage to finally leave to chase his dream.
