EMILY & GITTA
Synopsis
EMILY AND GITTA is about two women in love. Emily is a child of Holocaust survivors. Gitta grew up in Germany thinking of herself as innocent—certainly not responsible for the actions of her parent's generation. They meet and begin a dance of emotional intimacy, but almost as soon as their relationship begins, it is threatened by the histories and memories they do and do not share.
