Dharini is a practical, scientifically-inclined teenage girl who must redefine her understanding of nature's forces when sudden tragedy strikes. Taking place during the ill-fated Columbia space shuttle mission of 2003, "Dharini" lifts off with the shuttle and collides with Earth when it does. But, she survives.
