In the near future, the government gives victims the right to take part in the punishment of the criminals who have affected their life. Jonathan Foster has the opportunity to punish the man who has raped his wife, but soon finds that physical retribution cannot solve his mental anguish. As he tries to reconcile with his distraught wife, Jonathan finds himself pulled farther away the closer he pushes himself.
