An African drum beats. A man receives a phone call from his estranged wife telling him he'll never see his infant son again. Six years later he returns to the neighborhood of his youth and through a chance encounter, finds his long-lost beloved son. Elegba, god of the Crossroads in the West African Yoruba tradition, weaves the tale together as he dances ecstatically, shape-shifting through the characters that guide the father to his child.
