Do Miracles really exist and who are they for? ..A powerful, charismatic priest is called in to speak of the miracle that occurred recently at an inner-city parish. The parish's residing priest struggles to hold on to his faith during a difficult time when hope is lost and the people desperately need something to believe in. He hopes the visiting priest and his description of the miracle can restore hope and strengthen the faith of everyone there, including himself. The real challenge occurs however when the visitor arrives only to announce "that careful observation and fact checking" reveal the "miracle' to be a hoax.
