Franny drinks; so much that she wakes up wondering who the man (Steven Weber) in bed next to her is. Seeking solace, she calls Jack, a phone counselor and recovering alcoholic, who is trying to escape his own demons and a wife he no longer loves. They long for each other, but can they break the telephone boundary?
