During a visit to her mother’s newly acquired farm, sarcastic twenty- something River reveals her ulterior motives: steal her beloved pet chicken Larry and return to the city. However, once Larry is brutally mauled by a coyote, River must reconnect with her mother in order to put down their favorite pet.
